ACED - Stop Motion Animation Workshops

In 2025 Yellow Mouse Animation Academy, were awarded a Creative East Devon fund grant from ACED (Arts & Culture East Devon) to run a number of stop motion animation workshops across East Devon.

From October 2025 to March 2026, and in conjunction with Libraries Unlimited, we will be hosting 2hr and 3hr workshops in accessible library settings for young people aged 7-13yrs.

​

Our experienced trainers will be introducing young creatives to Object Animation through animating with Lego and posable figures, learning along the way about communication, team work and problem solving.

​

Making animation training accessible for all, is paramount to the industry, by having the opportunity to experience the joys of animation, in locations such as our libraries, young people are introduced early to this possible career option.
